Our Red Dry 2014 includes two varieties of grapes.

Mavro*, that comes from a single vineyard in Panayia, at an altitude of 900m and Cabernet Sauvignon that comes from a single vineyard in Salamiou at an altitude of 750m.

It was matured in a stainless-steel tank for 4 years and bottled in 2018. It does not contain Oak

Still evolving and changing it has come to have a medium body with aroma of sweet spices, honey, and dried fruit with hints of the alcohol.

Pallete-wise is a bold wine with a unique rustic character. Earthy, peppery, dried plum and red fruits are just a few of its character.
