Our Rose is produced by handpicked Syrah grapes that come from a single vineyard in Ayios Ioannis at an altitude of 700m. This results in the deep rose colour, as well as, the distinct aroma and aftertaste of sweet and sour red fruits. It has been maturing for 9 months in stainless steel tanks and was bottled in 2022.

Medium red fruits nose with light mineral notes.

Light to medium body with a pleasant and refreshing kick of acidity. Red berries, cranberry strawberry, banana and buttery notes are the first ones you’ll first discover.
