A premium red wine made from the rarely used variety Alicante Bouschet, which binds harmoniously with the Cabernet Sauvignon.

It comes from the fertile soil of a single vineyard in Salamiou at the altitude of 700m. It has aromas of dried fruit that co-exist with sweet spices and earthyness. This wine is aged with oak for 9 months resulting in softer tannins. It has a medium round body with dark fruit aftertaste
