The Cabernet Sauvignon is our most matured wine and it comes a single vineyard with limestone soil and without a watering system in Salamiou at the altitude of 800m. It was matured in stainless-steel tanks for 6 months and it has been bottled and stored in our cellar since 2010 with no oak
Dark, yet vibrant color with depth and elegance. The nose offers classic black currant aromas, olives, jams but is highlighted with beautiful earthiness, light clove and spice, round mouth feel, with huckleberry and dried cherry fade to a warm spicy finish.
Medium plus body, matured tannins and brown red colour.
